280g |1 1/2 cups dried red lentils
1 large shallot
2 garlic gloves
1 small carrot
20g | 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1tbsp tomato puree
pinch salt
pinch pepper
Oil
Soak the lentils for 2 hours in cold water, then pulse in a food processor.
Grate the carrot and chop the onion, garlic and parsley. Add all the ingredients and pulse together.

Form the mixure into patties and frie on both side for around 3 minutes or until golden brown/
