Red pepper and almond dip

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp olive oil

2 red pepper halved

75 g ground almonds

120 ml tomato juice

½ tsp paprika

15 g fresh basil

3 cloves garlic

METHOD

roast the red peppers with oil and roast in oven. remove the peel.

place all the ingredients including the roasted peppers in a blender and process until smooth.

season with salt and pepper.
