120 g flour
50 g ground almonds
1/4 tsp baking powder
14 g flaxseed meal
1 tsp fresh rosemary - chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder (optional)
50g oil
50-75 g cold water

Preheat oven to 170 C
Mix dry ingredients to a bowl then add the oil
Add cold water 1 Tbsp at a time, until it forms a semi-sticky dough
Transfer to a clean surface lined with parchment paper. Lay another sheet of parchment paper on top and use a rolling pin to roll the dough out into a rectangle
cut into squares, then freeze for 10 minutes
Transfer the dough (still on the parchment) to a baking sheet and pop in the freezer for about 10 minutes to stiffen. This will help them firm up and become easier to transfer to the baking sheet.
Bake for 16-22 minutes
