Rosemary roasted cashews
- 3 cups raw cashews
- 2 tbs dried rosemary
- .5 tsp hot pepper
- 2 tbs maple syrup or date syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbs olive oil
Directions
- Heat oven to 210 degrees
- Mix sauce ingredients together and toss with cashews until they are evenly coated
- Roast on baking sheet for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through
​These make a very nice snack mixed with chopped figs.
