Rosemary roasted cashews

  • 3 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tbs dried rosemary
  • .5 tsp hot pepper
  • 2 tbs maple syrup or date syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Directions

  • Heat oven to 210 degrees
  • Mix sauce ingredients together and toss with cashews until they are evenly coated
  • Roast on baking sheet for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through

​These make a very nice snack mixed with chopped figs.
