Sesame Cookies

INGREDIENTS

 120g whole wheat pastry flour (or all purpose flour)

20g almond flour

20g tapioca starch

70g oil

50g sweetener

a hint of salt

20g toasted sesame seeds

for garnish

20g toasted sesame seeds

METHOD

1. combine all the ingredients for the dough. 

2. roll out the dough into square shape.

3. sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the surface.

4. cut into bite size.

5. bake at 350/180 for 15 mins
