Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

240g milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp vanilla extract

300g flour

380g sugar

85g cocoa powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 ½ teaspoon baking soda

1 ½ teaspoon salt

355g boiling water

160g oil

METHOD

Heat the oven to 180C

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl

Mix wet ingredients in another bowl

Wisk the wet into the dry

Divide into two 9″ cake pans

Cook for about 33 – 37 minutes
